Together we support Parker Park

Each year the park volunteers collect mandatory dues from the 1st filing neighborhood of Heatherwood. These fees pay for the general maintenance and upkeep of the park. There are two different ways you can pay.

When are payments due?

Payments of $120 are due each year on or before February 15th. After February 15th the assessment is $140.00 due to additional administrative and mail processing. Liens may be placed against properties that have not paid their assessments by April 15, 2026.

The yearly assessment is made pursuant to the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions” of Heatherwood Filing #1. Liens may be placed against properties that have not paid their assessments unless arrangements are made in advance with the Park Board.
